Terms of Service

1. Booking Terms & Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card on file. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for daily and weekly stays. Monthly and annual stays require a deposit as outlined during the booking process, with subsequent payments due on the first of each month. Rates are subject to change without notice, though confirmed reservations will be honored at the booked rate.

2. Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit or first night's stay, whichever is greater. No refunds will be issued for early departures, inclement weather, or evictions due to rule violations.

3. Guest Conduct Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The speed limit within the park is 10 MPH. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after immediately. Management reserves the right to evict any guest, without refund, who violates park rules, creates a disturbance, or engages in unlawful activities.

4. Liability Disclaimers

Lakes RV Park, its owners, management, and employees are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to any person, vehicle, or property due to fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, natural disasters, or any other cause. Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and the use of park facilities, including the lake and recreational areas.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your stay at Lakes RV Park shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lee County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
